Snow alps mountains and breathtaking nature of Swiss

Image
*BACKDATED 1ST APRIL TO 3RD APRIL 2015 ; Train up to Mount Jungfraujoch, Summit in Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland. This by far the best ever trip i ever had in Europe. Looking at snow mountains and natures made by God is something i felt very very peaceful. Very appreciate in his invention. It was negative 5 degrees. If you dont wear a proper gloves, ear muffs and jackets you may freeze to death. Mount Jungfrau is the 2nd highest mountain before mount Everest. Truly breathtaking. I shall come back here again for sure. ; After a long day at snow. I had an amazing local delicacy of traiditional swiss green pea soup. Eat it while its very hot, dip it with croutons or soft breads. it wamrs in you, and drink hot chocolates more often. ; Who wants to build a snowman with me? hehehe.

*BACKDATED 25TH MARCH TO 31ST MARCH 2015 ; My journey starts in Rome, The capital city of Italy. My flight was delayed on air for 2 hours so it has affected my itinerary quite badly that i could only spend an hour or less in The Colloseum. 1 of the 7 wonders of the world I have first conquered. The Colloseum as we know it, its a place of slave gladiators fighting for their reward and live to save another day. What surprises me the most is how The Colloseum turns out to be, its not what Hollywood has portray in their movies. But yes however it is a stadium like structure with no field but a bunch of pillars in the middle of the stadium. My guess is the slave gladiators fought against wild animals and see who drops it first. *Photo taken from Google ; So in Rome, I managed to try their local cuisine. Their seafood pizza. It taste weird, too many cheese was applied into it. The prawn and mussles was stick on top of it, but once bite, it changes how you think about the foo entirely...

*BACKDATED 10TH JUNE TO 18TH JUNE 2014 ; My journey in Australia starts off with Queensland, Gold Coast. I'm standing on a city beach by surfers paradise. What a beautiful beach with beautiful people. Bondi beach seems like a perfect place for first time honeymooners. Me wearing two layers of shirt to prevent the colderness but fail however. Is really cold out here. 16 degrees to be exact. Its cold during day time but even worse at night time. ; So Gold Coast, dosent seems to offer much of their local halal delicacies even macdonalds and kfc is deemed not halal is there is pork and lard. Middle eastern food however can be found everywhere and every states of Aussie. Kebabs here and there since I have no choice but to have them for survival. Me and my friend decided why not we cook at home, go to their supermarket and cook our own home made seafood pasta. We stayed at a 2 room apartment resort. Near to city bondi beach. ; What I love the most about being in Gold Coast is...

In the search of Halal food in Cambodia

*BACKDATED 10TH APRIL TO 16TH APRIL 2014 ; My friends and I spend a good 4 days in the capital city of Cambodia called Siem Reap. This city is filled with friendly tourist hot spots and it seems that tourisity demands is high, locals struggle to survive by depending on our expenditure. Food, espicially street foods can found anywhere, from deep fried foods to fruits to desserts. Mostly sold in tuk tuks. They even have magic pizzas. Weed is kinda illegal but yet easy to find if you offer the right price. The picture above shows a local Cambodians selling peanuts at 25 cents per cup which is very very cheap for us. Cambodia using American currency as their currency is too small. ; We finally found a local halal Cambodian food delicacies that cooked by the locals. 100% halal. Where we are is located somewhere in Sieam Reap at a small muslim living community near to a mosque. She cooked a mixed beef meat with seafood and vegetables on a hotpot. it taste very nice espicially the sou...

This house village belongs to my uncle cousin in Malaysia. it has strongly stood still since the 70's and since then it has passed down thru generations. from his grandad to his dad and then my uncle. ; how Malaysian local villages normally by sitting down on the floor with nicely design mats called the tikar and there as one big group of families eating together to enjoy one good feast.
